Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jemaima Che Hamzah practises as a Consultant Ophthalmologist at UKM Specialist Centre (UKMSC), where she focuses on Glaucoma. Her clinical work is supported by a strong research background in health services and outcome research for glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy, along with work in internet of things for service delivery. She also serves as Deputy Dean of Undergraduate at the Faculty of Medicine, UKM, and sits on the council of the College of Ophthalmologists Academy of Medicine Malaysia. Having begun her career in 1996, she remains dedicated to advancing ophthalmology through research and thoughtful patient care.
