Dato' Dr. Sylvian Das has been practising as an Anaesthesiologist and Critical Care specialist since 1971. At Pantai Medical Centre, he was instrumental in setting up critical care units, open-heart surgery services, and pain management services. A recipient of the DIMP award, he is known for a gentle, empathetic and humorous manner with patients, which helps make difficult times easier to bear.
