About

Dato' Dr. Yong Chow Yen practises as a Consultant Anaesthesiologist, with deep knowledge spanning Anaesthesiology and Critical Care. From 2025 to 2026 she takes up the presidency of the College of Anaesthesiologists, AMM, and she has in the past led the Scientific Congress of the Malaysian Society of Anaesthesiologists as its chair. Her involvement in public health discussions, together with her service on publication committees, reflects a genuine commitment to moving the specialty forward. Having been conferred the DSPN title, she pairs wide experience with a dedication to caring for patients.
