Datuk Dr. Mohamed Hatta Mohamed Tarmizi is a Senior Consultant Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist whose pioneering work in reproductive medicine in Sabah has earned him distinction. He is renowned for establishing Sabah's first public IVF centre and the region's first dedicated IVF centre, where he serves as Clinical Director of SabahCare Fertility Centre. With extensive experience in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), he specializes in infertility and IVF treatments, guiding numerous couples towards parenthood. His unique background includes a postgraduate Certificate in Law and Medical Ethics from Edinburgh, offering a comprehensive and ethical perspective on patient care.
