Dr. Andy Low Kok Kwan serves as a Resident Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur, where his subspecialty is Fertility and Reproductive Medicine. His clinical strengths include the management of recurrent miscarriages and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). He played a key role in advancing procedures such as ICSI and IVF, and more than twenty years ago he was instrumental in the birth of his first test-tube twins. Dr. Low advocates a holistic model of care that brings together physical and mental well-being. Since 2015 he has also held the position of Head of the Department of Obstetricians & Gynecologists, and he is an active public educator on women's health.
