About

Dr. Ding Chuan Hun practises as a Medical Microbiologist, bringing deep knowledge to the fields of diagnostic microbiology, infectious diseases and molecular testing. His career has been shaped by a rare combination of academic and clinical work, and includes time spent as a Medical Lecturer at UKM. In his research, Dr. Ding has turned his attention to subjects such as yeast identification, infections caused by unusual bacteria, and the role molecular testing can play in diagnosing complex cases. This work supports an evidence-based approach that benefits the patients he serves.
