At Avisena Women's & Children's Specialist Hospital, Dr Esa Kamaruzaman practises as a Consultant Anaesthesiologist, with deep knowledge across anaesthesiology and critical care. Colorectal patients are a particular area of interest for him, and he has developed advanced skills in managing their anaesthesia. Since 2012 he has held membership of the Academy of Medicine, and he contributes to several research projects as part of a commitment to keeping medical knowledge moving forward, so that the care patients receive reflects the latest specialised approaches.
