Dr. Eugene Koh Boon Yau is a psychiatrist who focuses on Sports Psychiatry and sees patients at Columbia Asia Hospital Seremban. In his role as Deputy Director (Academic and Research) at the Sports Academy, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), he connects his clinical work with academic progress. Dr. Koh has developed innovative therapeutic methods, including the Mindfulness Acceptance Commitment (MAC) approach and interventions based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which he has notably used with elite athletes and medical students.
