Dr. Fang Seng Kheong serves as a Senior Consultant Ophthalmologist and Glaucoma Specialist at ISEC Mid Valley, where he also holds the position of Chairman of the Medical Board. His more than three decades of dedicated practice have earned him international recognition. He began his medical education at the University of Malaya, where he obtained his medical degree, and later completed a Master of Surgery in Ophthalmology at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He then pursued a Glaucoma Fellowship at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney, Australia, training under world-renowned experts. Dr. Fang's leadership in the field is extensive: he has served as Past President of both the Asia Pacific Glaucoma Society and the Malaysian Society of Ophthalmology.
