Dr. Gayitiri Ramasamy is an obstetrician and gynaecologist. She holds an MBBS from KLE’s Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Belgaum, Karnataka, India (2012), and an MBA in Healthcare Management from International Medical University (IMU), Malaysia. Her medical career began at KLE’s Dr. Prabhakar Kore Hospital, Belgaum, and she later served as a Senior Registrar and trainee with the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), UK. She has served at Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah (HTAR), Klang, Hospital Umum Sarawak, Kuching, and as Senior Registrar at Hospital Wanita Metro, Klang.

Dr. Gayitiri provides antenatal and obstetric care, normal vaginal deliveries, and Caesarean sections. Her expertise includes transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasonography, fertility assessment and counselling, ovarian induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), IVF-related fertility care, hysterosalpingography (HSG), general gynaecological management and surgical procedures, and diagnosis and management of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). She has a special interest and training in aesthetic gynaecological procedures, including laser vaginal tightening and rejuvenation. She is a regular speaker at antenatal classes and health awareness programmes.

Dr. Gayitiri is a member of the Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) and the Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Malaysia (OGSM).
