Dr. Mastura Rosly practises as a Consultant Psychiatrist and psychotherapist, and she is deeply committed to advocacy in the field of mental health. Her clinical work draws on a holistic bio-psycho-social framework, and she provides psychotherapies that include DBT, ACT, CBT, and IPSRT. Personality disorders, neurodivergence, addiction, and gender/sexuality issues all fall within her areas of expertise. She also serves as a lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Cyberjaya, and she spent 14 years working as a professional with the Ministry of Health. Raising mental health awareness and fighting stigma remain central to her work.
