Dr. Mohamad Zaimi Bin Abdul Wahab practises as a specialist in Internal Medicine and Nephrology, with a career built around kidney transplantation and organ donation in Malaysia. He earned his MBBS at the University of Malaya in 2000 and went on to complete a Masters in Internal Medicine at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2009. Today he heads the Transplantation Unit at Hospital Kuala Lumpur, where he also takes a pivotal part in the Malaysian Kidney Allocation System (MyKAS) and the ODISSEA program. His commitment to the field is reflected in his extensive leadership within the Malaysian Society of Transplantation, where he currently serves as President for the 2024-2026 term.
