Dr. Salini Suhaila Nasir

About

Dr. Salini Suhaila Nasir is a fertility specialist at Metro IVF, where she has been a resident Fertility Specialist since October 1st, 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Medical Science and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from University Putra Malaysia, both awarded in 2001, and a Masters in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from University Kebangsaan Malaysia. Her registrar training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology was with the Ministry of Health, Malaysia (MOH), at Hospital Kota Bharu, Hospital Putrajaya, Hospital Selayang, Hospital Sungai Buloh and Pusat Perubatan UKM. She completed specialisation training at Sungai Buloh Hospital, Selangor, and is a gazetted and credentialed clinical specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with the MOH.

From 2013 to 2017, Dr. Salini was a Clinical Specialist at UiTM Sungai Buloh, where she also lectured at the Faculty of Medicine. She spearheaded the Fertility Unit at the Faculty of Medicine, UiTM Sungai Buloh, from 2015 to 2017, developing it into a renowned referral centre with referrals from Sungai Buloh, Selayang, Kuala Selangor, Tanjung Karang and as far as Slim River in Perak. In 2016, she was involved in the launch of an IVF shared care programme between UiTM Private Specialist Centre and Metro IVF. Her passion lies in Reproductive Medicine and Assisted Reproductive Technology, and she has been at the forefront of IVF treatment.
