Dr. Saw Khay Yong practises as an Orthopaedic Surgeon and established the Kuala Lumpur Sports Medicine Centre (KLSMC). His work in articular cartilage regeneration using stem cells has earned him recognition around the world; he created a unique protocol in this field and holds patents for knee chondrogenesis. He was awarded the Norah Walker prize for orthopaedic radiology.
