Dr. Tan Chih Kiang serves as a Consultant Clinical Oncologist at Hospital Picaso, where he brings a distinctive patient-centered approach shaped by his own experience with cancer. His clinical strengths span radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and systemic therapies, and he has developed focused expertise in breast, lung (brain metastases), colorectal, ovarian, gastrointestinal (liver), genitourinary, and gynecological cancers. In East Malaysia, he was a pioneer in stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), leading its establishment and treating the first SRS patient in Sarawak.
