Professor Dr. Xavier Vincent Pereira serves as a Consultant Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist at KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital, where his mental health expertise has earned him recognition internationally. His standing in the field is strengthened by training and collaboration with the IPT Institute in the USA, through which he became an internationally certified psychotherapist and supervisor in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). He also holds a global chair at the World Psychiatric Association, where he helps shape psychotherapy standards across cultures. With three decades of experience, he brings deep knowledge to his practice, supported by a Master's in Psychological Medicine from the University of Malaya.
