Prof. Dr. James Koh Kwee Choy is a distinguished Physician and Infectious Diseases Specialist with over three decades of experience. He serves as a Professor of Medicine and Deputy Dean at International Medical University (IMU), where he brings extensive expertise in antibiotic resistance, tropical diseases, HIV, and infectious disease control. A notable leader in public health, he has chaired WHO consultative meetings and served on the WHO PIP Framework Advisory Group. His career includes significant roles at the Ministry of Health and Institute for Medical Research, where he championed national and international health policies. Prof. Dr. Koh is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP) and has made significant contributions to research and guidelines in infectious diseases.
