Prof. Dr. Norlaila Mustafa serves as a Professor of Medicine and Consultant Endocrinologist, bringing a deep commitment to the field of diabetes care. Her academic path began with a medical degree in 1995, followed by a Master in Internal Medicine from UKM. In 2006, she earned an MD from Cardiff University, where her research centred on insulin resistance. She contributes to key advisory bodies, including the Diabetes Nurse Educator Course, the Malaysian Diabetes Educator Society, and the National Diabetes Institute (NADI), and she also sits on the Ministry of Health's endocrinology training committee.
