Prof Loh Li-Cher (Richard)

About

Prof. Dr. Richard Loh Li-Cher is a specialist in Respiratory Medicine and Internal Medicine whose career spans more than three decades. His MD was earned at the University of London, and his pulmonology work centres on advanced research into asthma immunology and novel immunomodulatory approaches. In academic life he has taken on substantial leadership posts, among them Vice-Dean and Professor at RSCI & UCD Malaysia, and he now holds an Adjunct Professorship at IMU, where his focus is Asian COPD heterogeneity. Prof. Loh is also an active researcher and lecturer, a figure in national professional bodies, and someone skilled in interventional pulmonary procedures such as bronchoscopy and lung biopsy.
