名誉教授 Dato' Dr Yip Cheng Har 是一位开创性的乳腺外科顾问医生，其职业生涯跨越四十多年，在乳腺癌治疗和外科领导方面做出了突破性贡献。她作为 UMMC 外科首位女讲师开辟了新天地，后来成为马来西亚外科医学院和 Breast Surgery International 的首位女性主席。Dr. Yip 创立了马来西亚最早的乳腺诊所之一，患者在那里接受包括化疗和姑息支持在内的综合护理。她的研究成果超过 250 篇出版物，并获得了重要资助，其中包括一项 1500 万令吉的奖项。她获得了 American College of Surgeons 和 American Surgical Association 的荣誉院士称号，在全球倡导公平、富有同情心且以患者为中心的乳腺癌护理。
