At KPJ Klang Specialist Hospital, Dr. Anand Kamalanathan practises as a specialist in Anaesthesiology and Critical Care, safeguarding patient safety and comfort through surgical procedures while also caring for the critically ill. His training began with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education, after which he pursued a Master's degree in Anaesthesiology at Universiti Malaya. Furthering his expertise in advanced, specialised care, he went on to complete a Fellowship in Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia at the National Heart Institute (IJN). That fellowship sharpened his ability to handle complex cardiac and thoracic surgical cases, so patients can feel confident that his thorough training and focused subspecialty preparation stand behind them in a demanding area of medicine.
