Dr. Bilbir Kaur Chingara Singh practises as a Consultant Psychiatrist in Malaysia, bringing more than three decades of experience to her work. She has headed Psychiatry departments at major hospitals, and she currently leads the Psychiatry department within the Faculty of Medicine at Quest International University Perak. Her advocacy centres on the mental health of older adults: she challenges misconceptions about depression in this age group and champions comprehensive treatment approaches that bring together medication, therapy, and family support.
