Dr. Biswa Mohan Biswal is a Clinical Oncologist whose practice centres on the management of solid cancers, with particular focus on breast cancer and sarcoma. He has been a pioneer in advanced radiotherapy techniques, including interstitial brachytherapy, radiosurgery, 3D conformal radiotherapy, IMRT, and IGRT. His academic background includes serving as a former Professor & Head of Radiotherapy & Oncology at Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia, and he has completed specialized training at Christie Hospital Manchester and Prince of Wales Hospital Sydney. Dr. Biswal brings over 35 years of experience to KPJ Ipoh Specialist Hospital. His dedication to advancing cancer research is reflected in his international memberships and his work as a journal reviewer and committee advisor, which have earned him numerous accolades.
