At Sunway Medical Centre Damansara, Dr. Chai Win Lin serves as a Consultant Palliative Medicine Physician, devoting her practice to compassionate, comprehensive care for people facing serious illness. Her grounding in internal medicine is reflected in her MRCP from the Royal College of Physicians in the United Kingdom, and she draws on this internationally recognised expertise in her daily work.

Her dedication to palliative care is further shown by a fellowship in Palliative Medicine that included advanced training at the National Cancer Institute in Singapore. Through this specialised overseas experience, she has gained current knowledge and skills in managing complex symptoms, planning person-centered care, and offering essential psychological and emotional support to patients and their families. Dr. Chai speaks English, Mandarin, Malay, and Cantonese, which lets her build personal connections with a diverse range of patients and communicate clearly and empathetically through difficult times.
