Dr. Liu Han Seng is an Ophthalmologist at Pantai Hospital Melaka, where he is known for his skill in advanced phaco cataract surgery with premium intraocular lens implantation and LASIK procedures. He also has strong expertise in treating complex medical retinal diseases and glaucoma, using approaches such as intravitreal anti-VEGF injections and argon laser photocoagulation.
