Dato’ Dr Mohamed Ibrahim A Wahid serves as a Consultant Clinical Oncologist and Medical Director at Beacon Hospital. He is known for bringing advanced AI-assisted technologies—radiosurgery, SBRT, IMRT, and IGRT—into cancer treatment for greater precision. His higher training took place at Stanford University and MD Anderson Cancer Centre. In 1997, he was among the first Malaysian oncologists to adopt cutting-edge techniques, and he pioneered stereotactic radiotherapy. A key opinion leader in his field, he has more than 50 publications to his name, authored "Radiotherapy – Patient Guidelines to Radiation Therapy," and has led numerous clinical trials. Actually since my journey began here in 2019, I am so blessed as I've the privilege to be treated under the CSR aid. Well this is the only hospital which such humanity. My sincere appreciation to Dato Dr Ibrahim for his awesome hospitality and care. hello ,im introduce myself as a daughter of my father who got rectum cancer stage 4 .First time im heard my father got this cancer our family felt so sad and i try to survey which hospital can treat my father with the best cure and im so suprise after know that baecon hospital can treat my father without need surgery ,we just go chemotherapy like normal patient and after 6month they test my father using pet scan Mri and the result was the cancer already clear ,me and my family we felt so happy and grateful to Allah and Dato ibrahim as he lead this process.Even my father at stage 4 ,at age 67 he still can fight this cancer and follow all the chemotherapy ,just want to add the chemo just daycare so patient dont need to stay a long in hospital,alhmdulillah,i hope and pray my father stay healthy ,for those got cancer beacon is the best hospital to cure.Thanks Dr Dato Ibrahim and team!
