Good service from Dato' Dr Zahir. He has a lot of experience in his area of expertise, and his explanations are clear and easy to understand. The staff nurses are also fast to respond when the call bell is pressed. The ward cleanliness is maintained. The food quality is also good, clean, and meets taste preferences. Not forgetting the customer service staff, Farhana, for visiting me in the ward.
