Dr Mohammed Azman Raffiq is really outstanding, he arranged everything for my sciatica operation immediately. He himself operated me successfully. His services are top class! For my anaesthesia, Dr Khairunnadiah Kamaruzaman, she came to hospital despite on leave just for my operation, she is such lovely and friendly. Her services are top class!

Overall service that i received in D613 was excellent. Dr Azman and Dr Nadia, together with all the staffs including the nurses and physiotherapist were very professional, attentive and attentive. The room itself was also very comfortable. However, the bathroom facilities need to be improved. There was no bidet provided and no proper place or hook in the bathroom to hang the wound discharge tube, which i think very inconvenient after my surgery.

I would like to share both my appreciation and concern regarding my recent experience at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur. First of all, I am very grateful to Dr. Azman Raffiq for treating my mother’s nerve condition on 26-30 dec 2025. The nurses and staff were also kind, attentive, and helpful throughout her stay, which we truly appreciate. However, I am deeply concerned about the billing and administrative process. Due to insurance issues, it took nearly three months to settle the case, and I had to pay an excess amount of RM23,000, which is a significant financial burden for me. What surprised me most was the room charge. From the beginning, I clearly informed the administration that we wanted a 4-bed room, which is listed on the hospital’s website at RM105 per day and is within my insurance coverage. However, the bill shows that my mother was charged under a “Close Observation Bay” at RM210 per day starting from day one. Because of this difference, my insurance applied a prorated charge, which is the main reason I had to bear such a large excess amount. I have already requested an explanation through my colleague (as I am currently based in Indonesia), but it has been a week and I have not received any response from the hospital management. I sincerely hope the management can provide a clear explanation and resolve this matter promptly, as RM23,000 is a very large amount for an employee like me. Thank you.

I have been admitted to Pantai Hospital multiple times, and each experience has been very satisfying. The service provided is of high quality, Dr Azman(Neurosurgeon), Dr Rishi (Neurologist) and Dr Azam( Orthopedic) who are highly professional, experienced, and able to give clear and easy-to-understand explanations. The staff are also very helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. I was personally recommended to come here by my wife, Faezzah Noor, who works at Pantai Hospital.. Overall, I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Pantai Hospital to anyone seeking quality healthcare services.
