We had a good experience at Columbia Asia Hospital Setapak. My child was warded due to influenza after coming in with fever and diarrhoea. The emergency department doctor was very helpful and immediately arranged the necessary tests, which made us feel reassured from the beginning. My child were admitted to a single room (62), Dr. Ng KJ and Dr. Chin were both very kind, attentive and patient in explaining my child’s condition and treatment. The nurses were also friendly and caring. They came to check on my child during the stay and patiently helped with the medication and anything we needed. My child has been warded here before as well. It was nice to be back and once again have such a positive experience. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the care and service. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses who took good care of my little one. ❤️

Discharged from ward 89, under Dr Chin Sheau Yin, admitted due to RSV. The doctor was very attentive and explained in detail. The staff nurses and physiotherapist were also good and friendly in attending to the baby.
