The doctors and assistants are not friendly, and there is no good treatment for foreigners. Dr. Dalia does not explain clearly and the most important thing to her is that you pay only. They backbite and laugh at foreigners. I received unsatisfactory service.👎🏻 High prices and poor service …

Admitted because of miscarriage and need to do DNC. Bleeding decreased a lot at home. Arrived at ohana without having to wait and was checked.. Service at a&e was fast.. then less than 15 minutes later the specialist arrived. The ward was very comfortable, my husband was ready to sleep soundly on the sofa bed. The food was served with love.. ready cucumber and carrot in the shape of love.. haha I love it.. Dr Dahlia and Dr Ainy explained everything in detail and the procedure was very smooth and didn't feel anything. Thank you Dr.. The nurses were also very friendly and knew I was sad, ready to visit and ask about my feeling and tell me not to be sad.. Thank you Ohana for the best service..

Mix feelings 2022 Pro: 1. Sent my 1 month old son for circumsission (laser) and it was okay to good experience 2. Nice room and food during delivery, i guess sepadan dengan charge. They charged total RM14k for induce and emergency C-Sec 3. Paed dia Dr Fadzlina ok, tp no longer serve there as informed by herself 4. Dekat dgn rumah Con: 1. Went to post-partum visit (not with Dr Dahlia) and check ups, but the doctor in charge seems does not interested to entertain my question (i am a first time mother) whenever i ask question (contoh sakit pinggang) the answer always "awakkan dalam pantang memangla..." and keep repeating it, which later i have to research myself in the instagram and tiktok (sedihkan...) for the answer and explanations to my pain and all, and dahla the charge was RM150 or more per visit. Nanti kita kene marah kenapa refer internet and pandai2, but when we ask the doctor dia pun malas nak layan. Like u want me to visit u, tp u jawab my Q acuh tak acuh, ...so begitulah

I am regular to this hospital since my 1st born - year 2022. Delivered by Dr Zunita and my baby's doctor is Dr Khor. So far I am satisfied with their services. But this year I picked Dr Dahlia for my 2nd born. It was a nightmare. Visited 2 times, on 33th and 35 week of pregnancy (both no record in my pink book which supposed to be fill in by the Dr!). Diagnosed my baby as IUGR and need to do czer at 37w. Thankfully I went to other clinic for 2nd opinion. At first I want to change to other hospital but my husband suggested that we change to Dr Zunita instead. After that all went well Alhamdulillah. Normal delivery and normal baby. Sorry to say, got specialist title but not up to standard.

My experience at Ohana Specialist Hospital was exceptional. From the prompt care upon arrival to the expert handling of my pre-eclampsia and swift c-section by Dr. Dahlia, every step was smooth and reassuring. The support from my husband and the attentive nursing staff made the journey into motherhood joyful. The hospital's affordability, delicious food, and comfortable environment added to the positive experience. I am grateful to the entire team at Ohana for making this transition safe and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone starting their parenthood journey.
