I am very satisfied with the service and assistance from Grace, Dr. Jefri's PA. The service and support from Dr. Jefri were also excellent. From start to finish, everything was very easy, fast, and smooth. Grace was very helpful with the registration for the Encore Med & KPJ Healthcare apps, scheduling appointments, and finalizing the Guarantee Letter (GL) process. The explanations provided were also clear and made it easy for me to understand each step without needing to worry about the procedures involved.
