I’m happy w my delivery doctor, Dr Eee and his staff (Vee). They are kind and helpful at the same time, good experience with them. Unfortunately, is the service of SMCV is a disaster. First of all, double charges for my 3d2n stays during my delivery last few months, yet they mentioned will put a remark there to be deducted for next follow up appointment, guess what? When the day came, the amount is not tally with what I should get. This is disappointing. Next, is the overall service especially during payment period. It takes so long and wasting our time waiting there, where there are three counters but always two counters only are opening. Anyway, I’m satisfied w the doctor and his staff themselves. But for overall, the service and the quality of SMCV is not acceptable, especially the lift is also another issue where it’s too too too slow.
