I consulted Dr. Eswaran at KPMC after sustaining an ankle fracture. I was quite worried initially, but the consultation was very reassuring. He reviewed my X-rays carefully and explained the fracture, the healing process and the treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. There was some waiting time as the clinic was busy, but when it was my turn, the consultation was not rushed at all. Dr. Eswaran took time to answer my questions and explained what I should and shouldn’t do during the recovery period. He also discussed the follow-up plan and what to expect as the ankle heals. I really appreciated his calm approach and clear explanations, especially when dealing with an injury that can be quite stressful. The waiting time was slightly longer than expected as the clinic was quite busy, but the consultation itself was worth the wait. Dr. Eswaran took his time to listen to my concerns and examine my foot properly. I really appreciated how clearly he explained the possible cause of the pain and the treatment options without using complicated medical terms. He recommended physiotherapy and also explained how it could help with my condition. Even though there was some waiting time, I could understand why, as he gives each patient enough time during the consultation instead of rushing through it. Overall, I had a very good experience and left feeling reassured and clear about the next steps. Hi, recently I had a very positive experience here with Dr. Eswaran (Orthopaedic Surgeon) for my back pain. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my condition clearly, and discuss the possible causes of my symptoms without making the consultation feel rushed. Need to do MRI, then he carefully explained the findings and how they related to my pain, making the results much easier to understand. He also discussed different treatment options, including physiotherapy, without immediately pushing for surgery or procedures. Consulted Dr. Eswaran at KPMC for a knee injury and suspected ACL problem. He advised an MRI and later explained the results very clearly, including the treatment options such as physiotherapy, strengthening and when surgery may be considered.
