Alhamdulillah, I have had two C-sections at Al Zahrah Hospital with Doctor Fazlina Hanum. I am comfortable with Dr. Fazlina and the staff who were very helpful. The room was also comfortable because it had a sofa bed. My husband could stay overnight comfortably.

I received 3 days and 2 nights of treatment here after undergoing surgery which was managed by Dr Fazlina, Dr Mashitah & a beautiful anesthetist (forgot her name). They were very polite and always encouraged me and reminded me to always pray to Allah before entering the operating room. Dr Faz and his nurse also always monitored my health progress throughout the treatment. The nurse on duty in the sejahtera room was also very good and worked transparently even though she was tired but still came to monitor my condition :) oh yes the room was always cleaned. There would be a head nurse who would come to visit and recite a healing prayer for us.. I felt very moved. Thank you Ms. Siti Madihah, staff Azzahrah who helped me manage the registration and thank you to Hong Leong Takaful for managing the payment.

The worst hospital I've ever been to. October 12, 7 am, the nurse injected medicine into my sister to open the way for her to give birth, she promised that in 3 to 6 hours my sister would give birth. That means at 10 am or 1 pm. But the doctor arrived at 4.10 pm. He was already late and then you happily said that you had to operate. Then you charged me double triple. My sister's bill was rm 12,208, how many sen I don't remember. You're wrong but I had to pay. They happily said it was an emergency case. The doctor was late, the patient had to pay. Is this how it works?? Very disappointed with the service here, and very disappointed with Doctor Fazliana!! This is a true story and I am very disappointed!!
