Would like to thank Dr. Haslinda, Dr. Loo & Dr. Goh and all the nurses at Pantai Hospital Ampang for the care and support given throughout our stay. As first-time parents, the whole process was quite nerve-wracking for us, but the nurses in the labour room were very patient, attentive, and reassuring. They guided us well and made the experience feel much smoother and more comfortable. Special thanks as well to Ms. Effa, Ms. Suhaida, Ms. Emilda, Ms. Mashira, Ms. Liew, and Ms. Sabirah for taking good care of my wife and baby during our stay. Overall, we had a good experience here and truly appreciated the support provided by the team.

I’m truly grateful for the wonderful care I received during my delivery on 9th December 2025, under the hospital’s 3 days, 2 nights maternity package (single room). Special thanks to Dr. Haslinda (O&G) for her professionalism, kindness, and clear guidance, which made my delivery experience calm, reassuring, and positive. She is a highly skilled and compassionate doctor whom I would confidently recommend to any expectant mother. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Dr. Goh (Paediatrician), whose reassurance and guidance made our early parenting journey feel much more confident and comfortable. My sincere thanks go to the admission team, Labour Ward team (Ana, Afiqah, Effa, Suhaida), as well as the nursing, F&B, and housekeeping teams for their attentive, warm, and caring service. The celebration meal shared with my husband was a thoughtful and memorable touch. They also come to home visit after a week. Amazing service! I highly recommend this hospital to mothers seeking a safe, supportive, and comfortable delivery experience.

We went to emergency for my one year old son who was having high fever..doctor did few tests and drip for my baby..after the test it was positive covid..immediately doctor said it was not covered by insurance..even I said I can pay..then they said no ward for son..after they did all the test and inserted the drip which made my son cried badly..it is so ridiculous such a big hospital but no bed for patient..at last I have paid about RM700 just for the tests and drip and have to leave the hospital..next day I went to other hospital..the paediatric doctor checked my baby throughly and said no need to drip since no dehydration sign..but pantai hospital doctor did the drip to my son when he was not having any dehydration sign..overall not recommended..hefty bill and terrible experience

We had a great experience with Dr. Goh Chun Hwee and Dr. Thanasegar. They both took really good care of my daughter & explained everything clearly. They answered all my questions with patience & showed genuine care for her. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for kind and professional doctors. Please share our sincere thanks to Dr Goh & Dr Thana. Also, a big thank you to the ICU nurses. Admitted my daughter here due to high fever and caughing. Services provided was very fast and efficient, thanks to Dr Goh ( paed) and nurses in B2 ward. Really appreciate all the assistance we had received in Pantai Ampang hospital.
