I had a very positive experience at ParkCity Medical Centre throughout my pregnancy and delivery. Dr. Jaspal and the team provided excellent care, and the entire delivery process went smoothly. A special thanks to Azreen from the Gynaecology Department for being incredibly helpful and making every appointment and check-up smooth and well-organized. The only area for improvement would be the response time of the ward nurses, which could occasionally be a little slow. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care my baby and I received.

I recently underwent fibroid surgery, and I am very grateful for the excellent care provided by Dr. Jaspal. Even during his busy schedule, he made time to personally check on my wound and ensure my recovery was progressing well. He was always professional, patient, and thorough in explaining every step of the treatment and follow-up plan. Today was my stitch removal appointment, and I felt quite nervous beforehand. However, Dr. Jaspal's calm, confident, and experienced approach immediately put me at ease. His dedication and compassionate care made a significant difference throughout my recovery journey. I would also like to thank his nurse assistant, Arzeen, for her kindness and patience. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jaspal and Nurse Azreen. I visited the clinic for cervical health investigations and follow-up care, and naturally I felt very nervous and worried about my condition. However, Dr. Jaspal was extremely professional, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain my results clearly, answered all my questions in detail, and made sure I understood every step of the treatment and follow-up plan. His calm and reassuring approach helped ease a lot of my anxiety. I would also like to give special recognition to Nurse Azreen. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and caring during every visit. Her warm attitude, patience, and reassurance made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the process. What impressed me most was not only their professionalism, but also how much they cared about my emotional well-being. Going through women’s health investigations can be stressful and overwhelming, but both Dr. Jaspal and Nurse Azreen made me feel respected, listened to, and genuinely cared for. I recently had a C-section for my first baby at ParkCity Medical Center with Dr. Jaspal Singh, and overall, it was a great experience. Dr. Jaspal was wonderful at explaining what to expect—which was so important for us as first-time parents. He truly respected our original natural birth plan, and only moved to a C-section after patient discussion and waiting. I really appreciated his objective breakdown of the pros and cons for each delivery method; it was reassuring and helped us feel confident in our final decision. The procedure itself was very well executed, and I felt at ease throughout. The anaesthetist, Dr. Shereen, was also very skilled in administering the spinal anesthesia. The whole process took less than an hour. My stitch was done nicely and no complications to my recovery so far. We stayed in a single ward; while it wasn’t the newest facility, it was clean and well-maintained, which was our priority. The nursery nurses were also very helpful with the baby during our stay. Lastly, a huge thanks to Azreen, Dr. Jaspal's assistant, for being so patient, helpful, and accommodating throughout all our consultations.
