I had a very good experience meeting Dr. Vinodhini, a gynecologist, and Dr. John, an orthopedic specialist. Both doctors are very kind, polite, and professional, and they took the time to explain my condition clearly and provide the best possible solutions. The nurses were very helpful, kind, and courteous, which made the whole visit more comfortable. The MRI and X-ray procedures at the imaging department were well organized, with simple steps and a pleasant experience overall. The facilities are clean and well maintained, including clean toilets. There is also a café located downstairs on the ground floor, which is very convenient. Parking is attached to the building, making access easy and hassle free. Overall, a very positive experience.

Dr John is amazing doctor. Had to be hospitalised immediately after my arrival from Australia and I was very anxious about the medical service quality here. But he was fluent in English, clear& transparent communication, sympathetic and opened to hear my opinions. Thanks to him, I have no worry living in this country and in case something happens again. Also, the admission lady was very kind and attentive to response my text asking for the help. Only the issue was nurses and assistant nurses at 6F ward B were not that great…like others say they are all robots. No sympathy, no emotion. They just came in my room at 5am to provide IV drip without any ‘hello’ or ‘ good morning’. Even one of assistant nurse opened the door without waiting for my confirmation while I was changing. I asked her to immediately close the door, but she just stopped there no reacting… Also, including doctors, all the time they asked me to sign documents explaining nothing. So, I tried to read them by myself, but they said ‘just sing there’. And I had to explain everything that it’s illegal to force someone to sing without informed-consent. I guess such concept doesn’t exist in this country yet…so, you gotta be careful when you are asked to sign something. It’s just very shocking custom for somebody came from western.

I have just did my operation here under DR JOHN , he done it soo perfectly and have take care veryy good care of me each n everyday when I was admitted here and whenever I came for the appointment to visit..... I also would like to thank my physiotherapist ADAM, he did took a veryy good care of me and understands my pain.

Deepest gratitude to the entire team who treated our son, Nathan, who’s got a pulled elbow 3 days ago. Thank u Dr Puvan who was very patient and reassuring to us in the Emergency Department. Big thanks to Miss Losh, radiographer who spoke to our little one so gently and kindly that he cooperated so well for the X-ray. And guess what, she manually reduced his elbow while manoeuvring his tiny hand for the views required during x-ray! Big shout out to Dr John De Cruz for his kind consultation as well. Tq pmc!
