The staff at MD1, the ICU nurses, the E-ward staff, the patient management admin department, Dr. Jurina and Dr. Ema from Cardiology, the wellness staff, and the X-ray department are all excellent. They provided very good care, were extremely helpful, and kept us constantly updated. May everything be made easy for them. Thank you for your kindness. I am grateful for the exceptional care during my recent stay. A special thank you to Dr. Jurina for her professional and reassuring medical care, and to Nurin Amirah (Food Service Steward) for being so attentive to my dietary needs. However, single room 62 needs better maintenance. The room felt neglected—the chair was stained, and badly worn, and the toilet drain had occasional unpleasant odors. Additionally, the pillow was too hard for me (causes headache), and I was unable to get a replacement. Please consider upgrading the furniture, providing better pillow options, and checking the bathroom drainage to enhance the patient experience. Thank you!

They have appointment for 9.30 am Reached hospital around 9.20 and later came to know Dr Jurina is not in today.she came around 10.36 am. No punctuality and there is no respect for patients time.

Dr. Jurina is truly a very attentive and caring doctor. My child was referred to Columbia Asia Puchong due to suspected dengue. Dr. Jurina reassessed his condition and repeated the blood test, then confirmed that it was not dengue but Influenza B. The treatment she provided was very effective, and my child’s condition improved quickly. The nursing team here was also very warm and friendly — every one of them was helpful and supportive. A big thank you to the doctors and nurses at Columbia Asia for their excellent care and dedication.
