The staff here are very helpful and kind. The pediatrician, Dr. Lavinya, is very good, gentle with children, and fluent in Malay. No worries. The facilities are also nearby, with many shops around.

Thanking Dr Lavinya (Paeds Consultant) enough for the exceptional care she provided to my son during his admission. As a first-time mother, I was naturally anxious and overwhelmed, but from the very beginning, she made us feel reassured and supported. She is incredibly calm, patient, and compassionate. No matter how many questions we asked, she always took the time to answer them thoroughly and never made us feel rushed. Her explanations were clear, reassuring, and helped us understand every step of our son’s treatment. What truly stood out was her genuine kindness and dedication. She treated not only our son with excellent medical care but also cared for us as worried parents. Her professionalism, knowledge, and warm approach gave us confidence during one of the most frightening moments of our lives. We would like to thank the Emergency Team for their prompt attention and immediate treatment provided to our baby. Special thanks to the pediatrician, Dr. Lavinya, who was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient in explaining our baby's condition. She helped ease our worries as parents by providing clear communication and thoroughly explaining the treatment plan for our baby. We would also like to thank the nurses for being helpful, caring, and gentle with both our baby and our family throughout the stay. Additionally, the hospital meals were good, and we appreciated the staff's assistance in heating the food when needed. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the after-sales team, especially Ms. Shafina, for following up with us after our visit. Her fluency in Mandarin allowed us to communicate our concerns comfortably and clearly. Overall, we are grateful for the excellent care and support provided by the entire team.
