I had a very good experience with the skin specialist and the medical records department. Doctor Lee was professional, patient, and explained my skin condition clearly in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated the careful consultation and the time taken to answer my questions. The treatment recommendations were helpful and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I would also like to thank the medical records department for their efficient and responsive assistance. The staff were polite, helpful, and handled my document requests smoothly and promptly.
