First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the doctor and all the staff, starting from the Emergency Department, X-ray, Admissions, Medical Ward, Billing, and Pharmacy. All processes were easy and fast. I came to the ED in the afternoon, around sunset, and then I had to be admitted. So I returned for admission at 2 AM, and the staff still provided excellent service. I understand it was my mistake to want to be admitted that early in the morning, but when the service received was still good, I concluded that all the staff here are very kind. And a big thank you to the staff who inserted the IV line for me because, based on my previous experience at other hospitals, it took several attempts to succeed. Even if successful, by the second day, it would usually start to look red and require a new insertion site. But this time, for the first time, my line did not turn red, it was not painful, and even when administering medication, there were no clogs that caused pain. For the ward staff as well, both male and female, everyone was very, very kind. They practice Syariah compliance very well, and are polite with good manners. I feel this admission experience was the most peaceful, and I was able to rest. Last but not least, thank you very much to Dr. Hazrin for your care. The doctor's explanations were easy to understand, and he was very gentle yet firm at the same time. I pray that An-Nur Specialist Hospital continues to grow, succeed, and maintain its Syariah compliance.

Dr. Noor Hazrin provided outstanding care from surgery to full recovery. The explanation was clear, treatment was effective, and I felt supported every step of the way.
