Elaine, Dr Akmal, Hairi, Wanie and Abang Hanif from Emergency Department have been so helpful and kind to me. I came in the ER due to wheat allergy anaphylaxis, redness and swelling hands and head and body. Hives all over. They treated me well and immediately to get adrenaline for my symptoms to subside and calm down. Thank you all for making me feel safe and recovered after the episode.

We were attended to by Dr. Akmal, SSN Ranveer, SN Atikah, and SN Elaine in the A&E department. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain everything in detail. They were always there and willing to try their best to help whenever we needed assistance, which we really appreciated. Their care and professionalism made the experience much more comfortable. One thing to note is that the rooms are limited, so it’s better to check the availability beforehand.

I came to the ER because having some stomach issues , the staff nurses and the Dr was very nice , Dr Akmal was very skillful and very nice , Ssn Ranveer also very friendly and take care of me , Sn Atikah inserting Cannula very nice and not hurt at all , Sn Elaine also very nice and always asking if im okay or not , bery nice experience , i love the staff nurses !!
