Dr. Narisa ward 2 is incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive. She listened carefully to my concerns, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease during my visit. I've never felt more comfortable discussing my health. Highly recommend!

The hospital environment is very beautiful and clean, with many facilities for patients, which made me want to receive treatment. Dr. Nurisa Sulaiman Sahari performs her duties very professionally, assisted by trained and customer-friendly staff nurses and medical assistants in DANDALION 1B Ward, such as FATIN SYAHIRA & RUBY. However, there was one free-hair staff nurse at around 2 or 3 AM who was unprofessional and did not consider the patient's emotions. She approached the patient very early in the morning and asked about the single-bedded room case. This matter should have been handled by the ward registration counter and resolved with the patient, not by the staff nurse asking the patient, "If you get a single-bedded room today, do you want to inform the doctor as well?" I feel this action was inappropriate and should be improved in the future. Praise should also be given to Staff Nurse SHANTI, who was excellent in the Emergency Department, assisting me from my initial admission to discharge. The physiotherapy staff who came to treat me were also good. The staff on duty at the admitted ward counter were disappointing. They should not eat at the counter while performing their duties. For ward matters, patients/next of kin should be informed in advance about ward eligibility using insurance if the rooms are full or if they are eligible for other options. I was quite disappointed not to be informed beforehand that the patient was placed in a 3-bedded room because the single-bedded room requested by the patient was full. The patient required a single-bedded room due to needing her husband's care and the long distance for her husband to stay overnight. For me, there needs to be empathy or sympathy for the patient to continue recovering. #mental illness needs to be cared for#customerAlwaysRight#
