Dr. Ng Tze Jian

A heartfelt thank you to Dr Ng Tze Jian and the team at KPJ Kluang Specialist Hospital. I would like to express my deepest and most sincere gratitude to Dr Ng Tze Jian, who played such an important role in my mother’s (Chew Siok Peng) journey. What started as a routine health check-up could have easily been just another normal medical appointment. However, Dr Ng carefully assessed my mother and detected that there was a problem with her heart. His attention to detail and professional judgment led to further cardiac investigations, which eventually revealed that my mother had a serious heart condition. As a family, we are truly grateful that Dr Ng did not overlook the signs. His careful assessment and decision to investigate further became the first and most important step towards saving my mother’s life. My mother was subsequently referred for further specialist treatment and underwent major heart surgery at KPJ Damansara Specialist 2. Thankfully, my mother has now completed her treatment successfully and is recovering well. Seeing her healthy, smiling and back with our family today is something we are incredibly grateful for. Looking back, we often think about what might have happened if that heart problem had not been detected during her health check-up. That is why we will always be grateful to Dr Ng. Sometimes, a doctor’s greatest contribution is not only in treating a patient, but in recognising something that could otherwise have gone unnoticed. Dr Ng, thank you for your carefulness, professionalism and genuine care for my mother. Your decision to look beyond a routine health check-up ultimately gave our family the opportunity to act in time. Today, my mother is doing well, and our family can once again sit together, talk, laugh and enjoy our time with her. That means more to us than words can express. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Dr Ng Tze Jian, and thank you to the entire team at KPJ Kluang Specialist Hospital. We will always remember the important role you played in my mother’s journey to recovery. Forever grateful. ❤️
