I just delivered my second baby at KPJ Sabah under Dr. Norafidah’s care and I’m so grateful I chose the same doctor and hospital again. For the second time, Dr. Norafidah showed the same level of professionalism, warmth, and expertise. She made me feel comfortable and well-informed during every step. The labor and delivery team were amazing, and the postnatal nurses were very supportive in helping with breastfeeding and newborn care. KPJ Sabah continues to provide top-notch service with clean wards and excellent facilities. Throughout this period, the Doctor consistently provided highly professional, compassionate, patient, and meticulous care in every examination and treatment. The explanations given were always clear and reassuring, making me feel calm and confident throughout my pregnancy journey and delivery process. My heartfelt thanks also go to Clinic Assistants Ms. Rosezina and Ms. Yolinda, who were always friendly, attentive, and very helpful every time I visited the clinic. Their service was consistently warm and made every visit feel comfortable. My highest appreciation also extends to the nurses in Mamutik Ward, who were always attentive, spoke gently, were efficient, and provided excellent care throughout my stay in the ward. As soon as I found out I was pregnant with my first child, I made an appointment with Dr. Norafidah and stayed with her until I gave birth. For my second pregnancy, I was also under Dr. Norafidah's care until delivery. I am very satisfied with the service provided. The service from Clinic Assistants Rosezina & Yolinda was also very satisfactory and friendly. For my children, Dr. Liaw Yun Haw takes care of them. From birth and all health records to vaccinations, everything is managed systematically. To Dr. Norafidah, Dr. Liaw, and all the staff at KPJ Sabah, thank you for your excellent service.

Starting April 2025 last year, I began my antenatal clinic visits under Dr. Norafidah. Throughout my clinic visits and check-ups with Dr. Norafidah, she was a very attentive and caring doctor during my pregnancy examination process. Initially, I was receiving treatment at another medical center before I decided to tranfer to KPJ Sabah Specialist Hospital. I was under the care of Dr. Noraidah and her two assistants Ms Rozezina & Ms Yolinda and they were extremely caring and attentive. I felt very comfortable and was able to openly discuss all of my health concerns without hesitation. They truly listened and explained everything clearly. Alhamdulillah, after the surgery and the follow-up treatments, my condition has significantly improved and everything is back to normal. I am very grateful for the professionalism, compassion, and excellent care provided. Highly recommended.

I get the best hospitality from day 1 i do maternity checkup until i deliver my baby with Dr fidah at Dr Norafidah Clinics (KPJ). With a very thoughtful and helpful nurses during checkup Nurse Rosezina and Nurse Yolinda my journey has been always smooth there. Thanks to dr and all nurses for helping me on last december, i will never forget how patience and loving u guys towards me and my baby. Thanks also to dr izzudin for being there to make sure my baby is in a good condition since day 1. Overall thanks KPJ SABAH!
