I came all the way from Perlis to see Dr. Norhayati for specialist treatment regarding my fibroid problem. Thank you to Dr. Norhayati, the O&G Specialist, who performed the laparoscopic fibroid removal surgery. Everything went smoothly and safely, Alhamdulillah, I am extremely grateful 🥰. Dr. Yati is very friendly. Thank you also to Puan Sharifah from customer service who surprised me with birthday wishes and prayed for my recovery 🥰. Also, not forgetting Nurse Puan Ester and Assistant Nurse Puan Usha, as well as all the nurses who cared for me during my 5-day stay in the ward. 🥰

Sy NORIEZWANIEY, a patient of Dr. Norhayati, went to the labour room at Pantai Hospital Sungai Petani on 28/5 at approximately 12:30 PM for delivery. Checked by DR. JUN, the nurse confirmed I was 4CM dilated. The nurse broke my amniotic sac, which had already been leaking since I left home. After 1 hour of monitoring the baby's heartbeat, a nurse came and informed me that DR. JUN had instructed them to transfer me to GH (HSAH). I asked the nurse if there was any problem with me. The nurse replied there was no issue, Madam, the doctor instructed to transfer you to GH because she NEEDED TO LEAVE. I am not satisfied with Pantai Laguna Sungai Petani for transferring me so abruptly, especially since I am Dr. Hayati's patient and had planned to deliver there from the beginning! Is it acceptable to transfer a patient who is already 4cm dilated just because the doctor needs to leave? For your information, I had over 3 check-ups with Dr. Norhayati. Coincidentally, Dr. Norhayati was on leave for Hari Raya Haji, and only the on-call doctor (DR. JUN) was available.
