The best part of the Beacon is definitely Doctor Putra who treat me very Well.He treat me like his family member and I'm glad to been treat by doctor Putra..And the nurse team are the best.. Marvelous..they helped me everytime my appointment. But the worse part are their admission department.I waited for the refund for almost 2 weeks..I even called them last Friday but the PIC not around and they promise to call me back ASAP.Until now there is no call or the refund been processed..Very disappointed..After 2 weeks since the insurance been approved still no feedback.My record already there since this is my 2 time deposit refund

My sincere appreciation goes to Dr Mathi Arasu and Dr Putra❤️ as they are so professional and their expertise is top notch…..thankful to tulip ward nursing team for their awesome care and hospitality which in definitely to be recognised💪💪💪💪❤️ nevertheless I enjoyed my meals to the fullest and the journey has been very smooth. Friendly registration team at the lobby and level 1✌️ in general I am satisfied and will highly recommend this hospital to all in need of a smooth transition in their treatment journey 👌🥰

Well I have made the rightful decision as I googled and got to know about this reputable hospital along with the amazing Dr Putra....I am extremely satisfied with the medical experience and treatment rendered by Dr Putra...adding on with the angelic nursing care by Tulip ward team which has made my hospitalisation here so cantik. Plus the registration team at lobby was friendly, accomodative and efficient too. Definitely this hospital is to be highly appreciated and recommended to all in need.

Did my meniscus surgery here with Dr Putra. Dr Putra was extremely responsive and followed up personally to ensure everything was fine. Stayed at Tulip ward, the staff here were really hospitable as well.
