Im very upset and extremely angry with the service of staff name Aiyuni (Dr Dimit staff) - this is not The first time of error but most of The time Im always waiting for damn soooo long and going back after all The Patients are all gone. That day i was fasting and i asked whether should i that Blood for today but she said no need but suddenly while Im eating halfway she Call me to come quickly to take Blood and then i got upset because my Blood sugar was high and got scold from Dr. Today, i was very out of max, i asked The Reception for separate receipt because one i will claim Insurance and one more is self pay for my own. The Reception said to see one Doctor first and pay and then go and see another Dr and then only pay. I did inform this to Dr Dimit staff Aiyuni - she said to see Dr. Rajesh first and then straight to come there to see Dr Dimit which after i took Blood for Dr Dimit. Then when i come to Counter to pay my Bill they said cannot separate and then they took a very long time to deal which i came to Clinic 8.45 am and end up went back at around 2.15pm. THIS IS SUCH A MESS AND TERIBBLE SERVICE AND MAKE ME TO STARVE AND GET ME INTO GASTRIC.!!!!
