My 9 months old daughter was admitted in this hospital due to not feeling well.. Dr Razlina Johari checked and treated her.. Unfortunately, I was very unhappy with her service.. She was not really ready to listen whats the patient’s health story.. As a mother, I gt panicked to see my daughter in this condition.. but she was mocking me by my age, saying “baru 29 tahun, kanak kanak lagi” which really provoked me..!! Next, after my daughter gt admitted, they were doing nothing much except giving her fever medicine & the drips.. my main concern was flu & vomiting.. they on the drips only from 11.40pm till 6.30am.. the next day morning, when the doctor came to check, she was comparing the health condition of my daughter with the next bed’s baby.. she was talking unnecessarily, saying this is not hotel to be comfortable.. as a mother, I need to sacrifice and bla bla bla.. ended up, we had an argument and i asked to discharge my daughter on that spot.. i understand she’s an experienced doctor but I would say she’s unprofessional.. Other than the doctor, everything else was fine..

Alhamdulillah, timely emergency assistance when my child had difficulty breathing in the middle of the night. In the emergency department, thank you to the doctor and staff nurses in the emergency department who were very efficient in handling my child's situation at that time. Dr. Razlina and the nurses in the pediatric department were also very helpful, efficient, and kind. The doctor provided a clear explanation about the RSV infection my child contracted. The bed was very comfortable, the food was also delicious, and this hospital is close to my home. All the nurses in the pediatric department were very helpful.
