Andorra Women and Children Hospital is already well-known for its excellent services. My 5-star rating is specifically for Dr. Hajah Ridzuan, our consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist. Exceptional service and a truly remarkable doctor. We first met Dr. Hajah Ridzuan in 2015, when our second child was born prematurely with complications of congenital hydrocephalus at Hospital Kajang. At that time, Dr. Hajah Ridzuan handled our case very professionally, from the surgery itself to the follow-up check-ups. What we valued most was the doctor's concern in ensuring the mother's comfort and safety remained the top priority. The way she explained the condition, managed the procedures, and provided us with reassurance as parents truly left a deep impression. 10 years later, God brought us back to Dr. Hajah Ridzuan, this time for our 4th pregnancy at Andorra Women and Children Hospital. Without hesitation, we chose Dr. Ridzuan once again as our specialist doctor. Alhamdulillah, our 4th child was safely delivered via Caesarean section, and what was truly meaningful for us was that it was the same hands that performed my wife’s surgery 10 years ago. The doctor's suturing is excellent, neat, and meticulous. The surgical wound also healed quickly and well. Beyond just her medical expertise, we greatly appreciate her professional attitude, calmness, and attentiveness throughout the pregnancy and postpartum process. My childbirth experience at Andorra was truly wonderful, especially since it was my first. I had initially assumed Dr. Ridzuan was a man, but it turned out to be Dr. Hajjah Ridzuan. She is very professional, informative, and patient in dealing with our various questions during every antenatal visit. We were always greeted with a smile the moment the clinic door opened. Throughout the delivery process, she was very calm and supportive toward my wife and me, offering positive words and reciting selawat. Before we were discharged from the ward, Dr. Ridzuan taught us about wound care and postnatal emotional well-being. The staff in the labor room, ward, nursery, and clinic were all excellent. The food was like that of a hotel. For my next pregnancy, I will definitely choose Dr. Ridzuan again. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience at Andorra Hospital welcoming my first baby. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Ridzuan and Dr. Aini for taking such great care of me throughout my pregnancy, from my appointments all the way to my postpartum follow-ups. They were always friendly, informative, and incredibly patient, especially during labour. A special thank you to Dr. Asilah for administering my epidural. it made my labour so much easier and almost painless. It truly made the whole experience far less traumatic for me. ❤️ Kudos to all the nurses and staff as well. Everyone was so kind, caring, and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. It honestly felt more like a mini staycation than a hospital admission. The food was marvelous too! Thank you, Andorra Hospital, for making such an important milestone in my life a positive and memorable experience.
